If you're driven by complex cases, evidence-based care, and the opportunity to develop specialized skills in a supportive, high-caliber environment this role was made for you.About CalmOCD: CalmOCD is a mental health private practice located in Scottsdale, Arizona- Tucson, Arizona, & Sandy, Utah specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors, eating disorders and co-occurring depression. We utilize a variety of exposure-based treatments to help our clients work through their OCD and help build a solid foundation to combat their anxiety and compulsive behaviors.About the RoleFull-time or Part-time mental health therapist position in private practice. You have a desire to treat individuals across the lifespan; especially adolescents and teens using the most recent evidence-based treatment. An attitude of fostering growth, positivity, and a passion to help those in need is a must. Individual must be willing to provide in-person, telehealth sessions, and in the community and home visits when appropriate.Therapist will receive 2 full weeks of paid training prior to accepting clients.A full time position is 25 (45-minute) sessions per week. If you are looking for less than a full-time schedule, that is also an option. We are flexible and can discuss your preferred hours and caseload with our leadership team to determine a schedule that aligns with your needs.We are seeking someone who enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, especially those passionate about supporting children, teens, and families.Clinician will assist patients with:Clinical review to determine appropriate diagnosisEducating patients and their families on anxiety diagnosisProviding evidence-based treatment to all patientsConsulting with additional clinicians/psychiatrists when appropriateClinical staff must support a positive work culture, have an eagerness to learn and adapt to research in the field.
