Assistant Site Manager I Job Locations US-KS-Wichita Requisition ID 2026-20675 # of Openings 1 Category (Portal Searching) Administrative/Clerical Position Type (Portal Searching) Regular Full-Time Overview Under general direction, supervises the staff performing contracted activities at client accounts. Ensures staff is meeting quality and productivity standards as defined by client and manager. Responsibilities Assist with the management of all services contracted by client at the assigned siteEnsure staff is meeting quality and productivity standards as defined by client and managerEnsure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and suppliesInterface with the client, Operations team, and Corporate departmentsAssist manager with the completion of staff payroll, site billing, service enhancements and employee of the month nominations on a timely basisSupervise tasks or special projects and ensure their completion by set deadlinesInitiate communication and problem solving with manager in addressing client's issuesAssist manager to manage budget and control expenses effectivelyPrepare monthly production and volume reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing chargesMay contact and negotiate with outside vendors, if necessaryPerform other duties as requested by Site Manager and client Qualifications Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience 2 or more years supervisory experience preferred in reprographic/mail settingExcellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a mustAbility to work overtime & meet deadlinesPossess strong communication skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS Physical activity required including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting or standingMay lift and/or move up to 50 lbs What We Offer:Competitive pay & benefits!Comprehensive training and development programs that prepare employees to advance from within.A company focused on creating a positive work and client environment.Employee discounts on entertainment, products, and services nationwide!
