OCM Lead - Manufacturing

Overview Client is seeking an OCM Lead to drive the people side of large-scale, technology-enabled business transformation initiatives with a strong focus on SAP, including S/4HANA. This role will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, and adoption planning to help ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate brings deep Organizational Change Management experience within ERP environments and a strong background supporting manufacturing organizations. Core Responsibilities Lead and execute Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with program goals and business transformation objectivesConduct stakeholder impact assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluationsBuild and manage change champion networks and support leadership alignment activitiesDevelop and deliver communication strategies, executive toolkits, and targeted messagingSupport training strategy development and enablement planningDefine and help maintain change governance frameworksManage OCM deliverables including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption metricsMonitor change-related risks and mitigation plans throughout the transformation lifecyclePartner effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional consulting teams Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP implementationsStrong SAP knowledge, with S/4HANA experience preferredExperience supporting business transformation in manufacturing environmentsStrong background in change strategy, change communications, and adoption measurementExperience with stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness assessment, and transition planningStrong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills across all levels of an organizationExperience working across client, partner, and consulting teams in complex delivery environments Preferred Skills or Experience Experience supporting five or more major SAP or similar ERP business transformation initiativesExperience leading more than four large-scale business change initiativesExperience leading or playing a major role in multiple technology-enabled change programsExperience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations Work Details Location: Remote; preference for candidates located in or near Piscataway, NJTravel: 25% to 50% travel to Parsippany, NJ and other client sites as neededDuration: 12 monthsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
