Working alongside the Production Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently while ensuring the quality and creativity our brand is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the assembly of USA Made products and packagingFollow detailed instructions and production processesPrepare materials and maintain organized workstationsPerform quality control checks during and after assemblyTrack inventory and report low stock levelsAssist in labeling, bagging, and preparing products for shippingSupport other production tasks as neededQualificationsStrong attention to detail and good manual dexterityAbility to follow directions and work independently or with a teamReliable and consistent with a positive attitudeComfortable with hands-on workPrevious experience in assembly or crafting is a plus.Flexible hours available, MondayFridayOpportunity for increased responsibility and growthJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: In person
