Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.ResponsibilitiesTake parts orders form clients through phone and email correspondencesProvide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when neededIdentify and package parts for shipment via UPS or freight truckPull parts from production plantOrder parts on computer for vendorsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentQualificationsAttention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skills 40-60 wpm preferredUnderstanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and proceduresHandle customer service by phone or in personRV Technical knowledge is preferred, willingness to learn is requiredMust be able to read and use a measuring tapePrevious power tool experience is beneficialAbility to lift, or assist in lifting, packages up to 60 lbsForklift operating experience is a plusAbility to construct wood crates using power nail gun and saws is a plusForest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
