About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position blends traditional customer service responsibilities with inside sales support, offering a dynamic role for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, relationship-building, and contributing to sales success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and communicates with confidence and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on service excellence and sales supportProvide administrative support to the sales team, including order entry, quote preparation, and follow-upUtilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate effectively with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product or service informationDe-escalate customer concerns with professionalism and tactCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needsSupport sales KPIs through proactive outreach and customer engagement (no sales quotas)Use Microsoft Teams for internal communication and call handlingPerform occasional warehouse visits as needed (no travel required)Required QualificationsPrior experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related roleStrong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to frequent changes in workflowExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage conflict effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesTech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and processesHVAC industry knowledge is a plus, but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsHourly compensationBonus opportunities tied to both company and individual performanceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planPaid vacation and sick timeWork EnvironmentThis role begins as a remote position, with the expectation of transitioning back to an on-site environment in the future.
