You'll be:**+ Setting up and operating a variety of packaging machines, such as shrink-wrap machines and automated packaging equipment, to prepare products for storage or shipment+ Inspecting packaged products for defects, confirming accurate weights and measurements, and maintaining a clean work area+ Handling and moving materials, including finished products, to and from packaging machines+ Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards for packaging operations+ Performing basic maintenance on packaging equipment and supporting production schedules**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**+ Have previous machine or production operation experience (required)+ Are able to work night shifts, weekends, and a rotating 3 days on/3 days off schedule+ Can stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs; comfortable with physical demands such as reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling as needed+ Own steel toe boots (required for safety)+ Can provide a current resume**What happens next**Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
