About the RoleWe’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in building modern, AI-powered web applications from the ground up. You’ll work across Next.js and Hono.js to deliver high-quality product features, integrating advanced LLM workflows and RAG systems that power real-world automation for sales and marketing teams.Most of our work is greenfield, giving you the opportunity to design and ship scalable systems without legacy constraints. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building meaningful, user-facing features from concept to production.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship full-stack features using Next.js (App Router) and Hono.jsDesign and implement AI-powered workflows, including multi-step and agentic systemsDevelop and maintain RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration)Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Instantly, CRM tools)Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver polished UI/UX using TailwindCSS and shadcn/uiWrite clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following team standardsOptimize performance across frontend and backend for speed and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews and contribute to a high-trust engineering cultureSupport deployment, debugging, and monitoring on platforms like Vercel and CloudflareRequirements2–4+ years of experience building full-stack applications with Next.jsStrong experience with App Router, server components, and modern data-fetching patternsProven experience integrating LLMs into production systemsHands‑on experience building RAG applications, including:Data ingestion and chunkingEmbedding generationVector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase)Retrieval and prompt engineeringExperience designing multi‑step AI workflows or agent‑based systemsSolid understanding of REST APIs and third‑party integrationsAbility to own features end-to-end with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetNice to HaveExperience with Hono.js or edge runtimesFamiliarity with AI SDKs, tool usage, or function callingKnowledge of hybrid search, re‑ranking, or advanced retrieval techniquesExperience working in early‑stage or greenfield environmentsBasic DevOps experience (CI/CD, logging, monitoring)What We ValueOwnership and accountabilityClear, readable codeCuriosity and willingness to experiment with AIBalancing speed with reliabilityThoughtful collaboration and constructive feedbackWhat You’ll Work OnSaaS features such as onboarding, dashboards, and settingsData‑heavy interfaces (tables, detail views)Integrations with external tools and APIsAI agents that automate complex workflows for sales and marketing teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
