Through bespoke service, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to luxury standards, this role plays an integral part in cultivating clientele, driving sales performance, and fostering a welcoming, service-driven environment.Partnering closely with store leadership, the Keyholder supports operational excellence, team development, and overall store performance while ensuring every client interaction reflects the elegance and values of Ana Luisa.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team SupportFoster a collaborative and inclusive store culture rooted in positivity, teamwork, and excellenceSupport the coaching and daily development of team members through motivation, product knowledge, and leadership on the sales floorLead by example in delivering elevated client experiences and upholding luxury service standardsCommunicate store goals, KPIs, and brand initiatives clearly and effectivelySales & Client ExperienceDrive sales performance through personalized styling, authentic relationship building, and client-first serviceDeliver bespoke service and elevated experiences that cultivate long-term clientele and brand loyaltySupport the achievement of store KPIs, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retentionAssist with in-store events and client experiences that strengthen community engagement and brand affinityUtilize Custom Jewelry and Permanent Jewelry services to create memorable and personalized client momentsOperations & Visual StandardsSupport daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, transactions, returns, and inventory managementMaintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with brand expectationsParticipate in inventory counts, shipment processing, replenishment, and stock organizationUphold operational procedures, compliance standards, and overall store organization with strong attention to detailQualifications1+ year of retail leadership or keyholder experience, preferably within luxury or premium retailProven ability to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiencesPassion for fine jewelry, styling, and luxury serviceStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory systems preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and maintain open availabilityWhat You'll Love About UsAt Ana Luisa, we are committed to creating a people-first culture that values growth, creativity, and excellence. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skills, training, experience, and our organizational structure.
