Request ID: 80912-1Title: Senior Cloud Security EngineerLocations: Irvine, CA 92602Duration: 6 MonthsRate Range: $53 - $56/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)Note: Applicants must be willing to work on w2Job Description:Support ongoing cloud security engineering efforts, primarily in AWS, with some Azure exposure.Design, implement, and maintain preventative and detective cloud security controls, including:IAM and least privilege access controlsNetwork security baselines and guardrailsLogging, monitoring, and configuration standardsCSPM driven misconfiguration detection and remediationPerform cloud security design and risk reviews for infrastructure changes, services, and SaaS integrations.Partner closely with Cloud Platform, DevOps, and application teams to embed security into designs and implementations.Clearly document findings, recommendations, and security guidance.Work effectively with a geographically distributed team (Irvine, San Antonio, New York).Required Skills & Experience:Strong hands on AWS security experience, including IAM, networking, logging/monitoring, encryption, and security best practices.Some Azure security exposure (identity, policy, logging, or native security services).Experience implementing cloud native security controls and patterns.Familiarity with CSPM concepts (misconfiguration detection, risk prioritization, remediation workflows).Experience with identity and access reviews, secrets management, and security guardrails.Foundational to intermediate understanding of SaaS security (access models, integrations, risk reviews).Ability to automate or script security tasks (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar).Strong written and verbal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.Nice to Have:Multi cloud experience.DevSecOps or infrastructure as code security experience (e.g., Terraform).Relevant cloud or security certifications.Experience in regulated or high security environments." 8 - 10 yearsSkills: Digital: Cloud Security ManagementExperience Required: 10 Years & AboveCompany Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive health and wellness benefitsAppreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
