Illinois Licensed Client Success Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager, Employee Benefits. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of Employee Benefits groups and drive employee engagement in pet insurance Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, benefits brokers, and technology partners Coordinate ongoing benefit support and assist in onboarding new client groups Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in relationship management or account management, preferably in employee benefits or insurance Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience Must obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills Proactive approach to identifying needs and resolving issues
