Investment Operations Analyst We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Operations Analyst opportunity with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. This is an entry-level position, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on back-middle office experience with a top-tier Investment Management firm. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $20/hour within a 40-hour work week. Responsibilities: Analyze monthly fixed income portfolio asset reports for client accountsSubmit daily/monthly asset and cash reconciliations for custodian banksMonitor cash flows, daily expenses, collateral holdings and income receivables for client portfoliosResearch and report variances and incorrect holdings within accounts and maintained correspondence with banks on any account issues, monitoring futures and options within client portfolios, ensuring swaps reported correctlyUse Bloomberg to research portfolio discrepancies between the firm and the BankProvide additional support as neededQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics (required)GPA above 3.0 (required)0-1 years experience (internships included)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot-Tables)Ability to work well in a team environment and also independentlyDemonstrated interest in investment operations Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learnFor immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates should send their resume to Jenny at jfriedman@daleyaa.com.
