You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and creative—bringing together storytelling, data, and execution to drive brand growth and new product commercialization.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will launch new products, manage cross-functional teams and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative thinking with strong analytical rigor.What You'll DoSupport and execute brand strategies that strengthen MìLà’s positioning across channelsOwn key components of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planningPartner closely with greater sales and marketing team to develop compelling brand assets and experiences, including customer-facing sales assetsTranslate point-of-sale data into actionable insightsManage timelines and cross-functional coordination across multiple projects simultaneouslyLead consumer research initiatives to support product commercialization, either directly or with support of agency partnersContribute to building scalable brand systems, processes, and best practicesEvent management/marketing experience a plusWhat You'll HaveStrong understanding of brand marketing, consumer insights, new item commercialization, and project managementAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEducation & Experience2–4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (CPG, DTC, or high-growth startup preferred)Strong understanding of brand building and performance marketing fundamentalsExperience managing campaigns and product launches end-to-endHighly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detailAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguity and operate with a high level of ownershipCompensationBase salary of $115k–$120k (DOE) plus 10% performance-based bonus potentialWhy Should You Join Us?Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
