This full-time, on-site role supports our national sales operation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pitman Creek Wholesale is a leader in fishing tackle distribution, supplying products to more than 9,000 retail stores nationwide. We are known for superior customer service, accurate order processing, and same-day shippingdriving consistent growth year after year in the sporting goods industry. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficientlySupport the sales team with order entry, administrative tasks, and special projectsService existing accounts and assist with identifying growth opportunitiesEnsure accurate and timely order processingResolve customer issues by investigating concerns and recommending solutionsMaintain accurate customer, sales, and territory recordsMonitor market activity, including pricing, product availability, and competitorsPrepare activity and performance reports as neededCollaborate with internal teams to support sales and customer service goalsQualifications & RequirementsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)Strong communication, organization, and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with a team-first mindsetCompensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $12$18 per hour (based on experience)Health insuranceOvertime eligibility401(k) retirement planIncentive compensation planCareer GrowthPitman Creek Wholesale offers clear opportunities for advancement.
