Manufacturing Operator II

About the Role In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities • Follow Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements • Complete production documentation (weights, times, batch records, etc.) • Operate equipment such as conveyors and production machinery • Perform quality control checks and basic troubleshooting • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all production processes • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targetsQualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1–3+ years of experience in manufacturing or lab environments (or equivalent education) • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced production environmentWork Environment • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs • Work may involve cold environments and loud equipment • Required PPE: lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection • Must follow strict safety and regulatory proceduresWhy This Opportunity • Great opportunity to grow within a manufacturing/biotech environment • Hands-on experience with production equipment and quality systems • Training and development provided for motivated candidates
