As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of services. Duties:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Coordinate program activities and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage program budgets and monitor expenses
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in program coordination or management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Department of Developmental Services funded day program or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $42,294.50 - $50,935.32 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
