M&A & Strategic Partnerships Manager – North AmericaOur client is a global automotive and powertrain technology business expanding its footprint in North America. They are seeking an M&A & Strategic Partnerships Manager to support corporate growth initiatives across the U.S.This role focuses on strategic partnerships, M&A support, government engagement, and market intelligence, working closely with senior leadership to enable market entry, investment projects, and long-term positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technology firms, and energy companiesSupport joint ventures, alliances, and investment initiatives in coordination with corporate M&A and Legal teamsBuild and manage a U.S. partnership pipeline aligned with corporate strategyEngage with federal and state agencies on policy, incentives, and regulatory mattersSupport FDI, site establishment, and compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworksMonitor market, policy, and industry trends impacting powertrain and mobility investmentsCandidate Profile8–12 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, M&A support, public affairs, or business developmentStrong experience engaging with government entities and senior industry stakeholdersBackground in automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or energy-related sectors preferredMaster’s degree in Business, Engineering, Public Policy, or related fieldStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsEnglish fluency required; Spanish or Mandarin a plusThis is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to corporate strategy, external stakeholders, and major investment decisions within a global organization.
