Surgical Tech Location: Hyannis, MA Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,971 to $2,171 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/29/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, maintain sterility, sterilize and set up instruments and equipment, pass instruments during surgery, assist with specimen handling and dressings, help position and transport patients, and support turnover and restocking. The role requires adherence to AORN standards and hospital policy while contributing to a respectful, team-oriented environment that supports quality patient care. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited civilian or military Operating Room Technician / Surgical Technician program. Current NBSTSA certification. Must maintain certification. BLS Certification required. Ortho experience strongly preferred. Two manager/supervisor references required upon submission. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Preferred Qualifications Two years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment. Experience performing scrub technician functions across multiple services and specialties.
