High School Robotics & STEM Teacher

YSZ HS for Girls - We are seeking a Robotics and STEM teacher to lead and support a range of hands-on, student-centered programs in our high school. Responsibilities will include:● Leading our school's Robotics Club, supporting students in building, coding, andrefining their work● Preparing and guiding a team in the annual CIJE robotics competition● Teaching STEM electives for 9th and 10th grade● Contributing to project-based learning initiatives across the school● Supporting student participation in programs such as Shark Tank-style projects,helping them develop and present ideasQualifications and Skills:Warm, enthusiastic educator committed to a growth mindset.Background in STEM (engineering, robotics, computer science, or a related field)Ability to guide students through multi-step projects and collaborative workComfort with both technical instruction and open-ended problem-solvingOpen to or trained in student-centered learning techniques.Strong verbal and written communication skills.BA in Education or Science.MA in Education and/or Science Education preferred, or enrollment in a master'sprogram in any STEM-related field.- 1-3 years teaching experience preferred.
