They build LLM-powered voice agents that handle millions of customer calls a month for Fortune 500 companies. AI is the core product, not a feature, and it has been running in production with enterprise customers for years.The engineering team is small, senior, and lean by design. Engineers own multiple initiatives, work close to customer outcomes, and operate with a fail-fast, entrepreneurial mindset.What You'll DoBuild and ship full-stack features for LLM-powered voice and chat productsIntegrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI model improvements into production systemsOptimize and debug real-time production systems, balancing latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise scaleWork across core product and forward-deployed engineering teams to help win deals and scale the platformCollaborate closely with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environmentRequirements5–8 years of experience as a full-stack software engineerStrong proficiency in Python or TypeScript (required)Hands-on experience building with LLMs, such as multi-turn agents, prompt engineering, or LangChain.
