Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Ecolab is seeking candidates for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support global marketing efforts across Ecolab’s business divisions through data-driven digital marketing execution, support, and optimization. This role is well-suited for a digitally skilled marketer—particularly someone with agency experience in B2B environments—who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, channels, and regions in a collaborative, matrixed organization.The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with internal teams, external agency partners, and marketing teams across Ecolab’s business divisions globally to support SEO and LinkedIn advertising initiatives. This role helps ensure digital programs are effectively supported, insights are surfaced, and learnings are translated into practical recommendations to improve performance and business outcomes.This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite and two days remote, based in St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL.What You Will DoSupport SEO initiatives, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO and on-page optimization, by partnering with internal teams and agency partners to help improve performance across global Ecolab digital properties.Utilize enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge or similar SEO technologies to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support optimization recommendations.Support LinkedIn advertising campaigns used for account-based and demand-focused marketing efforts, partnering with both internal teams and agencies depending on the campaign model.Apply learnings and data from broader digital initiatives—even when executed by others—to inform SEO and LinkedIn optimization recommendations.Partner with marketing teams across Ecolab’s various business divisions to understand business needs and provide digital marketing guidance, best practices, and support.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to help interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.Support website and landing page updates and optimizations using content management systems (CMS) such as Sitecore.Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics tools to support reporting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.Contribute to integrated digital programs by supporting execution, optimization, and measurement across SEO and LinkedIn advertising initiatives.Ensure all supported digital activities align with global brand standards, internal processes, and compliance requirements.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5 years of professional marketing experienceHands-on experience supporting SEO programs, including technical SEO and on-page optimizationExperience supporting or executing LinkedIn advertising campaignsExperience using enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge or similarStrong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support recommendations and optimizationsImmigration sponsorship not available for this rolePreferred QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably with agency experience supporting B2B clientsExperience supporting multiple stakeholders, business units, or regions, ideally in a global or matrixed organizationExperience working with content management systems (CMS) such as SitecoreFamiliarity with Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience working with ABM platforms such as Demandbase and/or 6senseWorking knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and digital performance reportingStrong problem-solving skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metricsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience collaborating with agencies and internal partnersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams in a support and enablement roleAnnual Or Hourly Compensation RangeThe pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00.
