Focuses onmaintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing equipmentlifecycle value.**Responsibilities** Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned territory. Promote preventative maintenance (PM) contracts and long-termservice agreements. Identify opportunities for parts replacement, overhauls, andretrofits. Track warranty expiration and convert customers to paid servicecontracts. Prepare quotations for parts and service proposals. Coordinate with service engineers for technical site assessments. Monitor competitor service activity in assigned accounts. Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure healthy receivables. Achieve monthly and annual aftermarket sales targets.
