Job Description: Social Media ManagerAbout the RoleThird Eye Insights is looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager to support the execution of social media and content initiatives across our client portfolio.This role focuses on content execution, coordination, and creative support. The Social Media Manager works under the guidance of an Account Executive, helping bring brand and campaign strategies to life through social media content, platform management, and creative collaboration.You will be responsible for helping translate strategy into day-to-day content execution, ensuring posts, campaigns, and digital initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with each client’s brand voice and visual identity.This role is ideal for someone who is deeply fluent in social media culture, organized, and excited to work in a fast-moving agency environment supporting multiple brands.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content ExecutionSupport the execution of social media strategies by coordinating and producing platform-ready content.Responsibilities may include:Drafting social media captions aligned with brand voice and messagingAssisting in building and maintaining social media content calendarsPreparing posts for scheduling across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTubeMonitoring trends and identifying opportunities to incorporate relevant formats or ideasEnsuring content is optimized for each platform’s format, pacing, and best practicesDeveloping content pillar frameworksShooting iPhone content (be able to edit the iPhone content is a strong asset but not required)Research & Content IdeationSupport the strategy team by gathering inspiration and identifying trends that inform content development.Responsibilities may include:Sourcing TikTok and Instagram inspiration across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and other industries Researching competitor activity and social media trendsCompiling references and examples for content briefs and creative directionContent Calendar & Platform ManagementHelp maintain the operational flow of social media accounts.Responsibilities may include:Scheduling content using social media management toolsEnsuring posts are published according to the approved calendarSupporting engagement efforts such as monitoring comments, posting stories, or flagging community insightsTracking content performance metrics and reporting insights to the Account ExecutiveQualifications2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creationStrong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture, formats, and trendsExperience writing social media captions and short-form contentStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistencyIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how content performs across platforms.They are someone who:Has strong instincts for what works visually and culturally on socialCan quickly turn strategy into clear content ideasIs highly organized and reliable with deadlinesHas a strong eye for visual quality and storytellingEnjoys working collaboratively with strategists and creative teamsHas strong copywriting skillsApplication ProcessResumePortfolio or examples of social media content you’ve created (posts, videos, campaigns) + links to accounts
