Java Technical Program ManagerMountain View CA - Fully onsite Minimum 15 years experience (overall)Has Technical depth in understanding and executing projects. If needed, can read code/get into discussions with Architects/customers in understanding or explaining solutions (should not be just coordinator/operations manager)Someone who has worked with Offshore team in India or can work with multi geographical teamsShould be proactive and accountable for end to end project execution.Programs are inherently uncertain and should be able to work/manage the uncertainty Working experience in the BFSI domain managing projects in the Java/ReactJS and AWS technology stack would be an added advantage
