You will be expected to build relationships, exercise sound judgment, communicate with sophistication, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.The role offers meaningful autonomy, direct accountability, and significant upside for individuals who perform at a high level.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with active real estate investors and prospective clientsUnderstand client objectives and align investment opportunities accordinglyPresent off-market opportunities with clarity, confidence, and professionalismManage transactions from initial engagement through closingMaintain a high standard of pipeline discipline, follow-up, and client serviceDevelop expertise in valuation, negotiation, market dynamics, and capital allocationPartner effectively with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experienceQualificationsWe are interested in candidates who demonstrate strong potential, intellectual curiosity, and a record of performance.
