We are at the ground floor of a major market shift, and the best is ahead of us.The RoleWe are hiring our a Customer Success Associate. You will support onboarding, drive rep adoption, and help customers get real value from Leadbeam fast. This is not a ticket queue job. You will work directly with the founders, build processes from scratch, and see your work show up in retention and expansion in real time.This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is competitive, operationally sharp, organized and wants to grow into a CS leader with enterprise accounts.What You Will DoSupport onboarding from kickoff to go-live, owning timelines, rep readiness, and first value milestonesHelp stand up CRM integrations across multiple CRMs, ensuring clean field mapping and data flowRun weekly adoption check-ins with customers, track usage by rep, and flag accounts that need attentionCapture product feedback from the field, write clear tickets, and close the loop with customersBuild and maintain scalable assets: onboarding guides, training templates, playbooks, and a living knowledge baseSupport QBR prep with data pulls, outcome summaries, and account health snapshotsPartner with Sales on smooth handoffs and with Marketing on customer stories and referencesBe the first line of defense for customer and technical support.Who You Are1 to 4 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, RevOps, or a customer-facing SaaS roleUnderstands the value of CRMs and is comfortable working inside themFast mover who keeps promises and follows through without being chasedClear communicator across end users and managers alikeComfortable building structure where none existsAI Native- Knows how to automate processes and figure things outBonus: experience with field sales teams, outside sales, or territory planningBonus: you have worked in GTM tech or sales enablementWhy This Role MattersOur customers measure results in meetings booked, revenue closed, and time saved.
