OCONUS Program Support Representative

Position Description:
Banner Defense is in search of a Program Support Representative to serve as the on-site primary point of contact for Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies (RCCTO) during overseas assessment of prototype systems into 4QFY25. Funding is not currently available after 4QFY25; however, mission requirements are evolving and could change.
Responsibilities:
Support multiple overseas deployments, not to exceed 60 concurrent days, as liaison between onsite soldiers and Program Management Office (PMO)
Coordinate with units in the field
Ensure all aspects of overseas assessment are being addressed, documented, and coordinated with all stakeholders
Observe operations, create, and submit re-occurring situational reports to provide operational status of systems, spares, maintenance, and training
Assist Program Management Office with tracking system requirements, development efforts and assist with continued engineering of system upgrades/improvements
Track materiel in/out of theater
Track and relay soldier feedback and maintenance status
Interact with operators, users, and military personnel in the delivery of PMO message while receiving feedback on operational viability of system
Develop and present briefings, analysis, and reports to government customer and provide recommended course of action in concise format
Monitors cost, performance, and schedule indicators and provides input to the Project Manager
Identify key personnel while deployed, foster relationships, and maintain positive work environment to ensure mission success
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Military overseas deployment and operational experience required
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work alone and remote while providing value to government customer
Ability to understand and communicate program's overall plans and communicate with tact and diplomacy to senior leaders
Proficiency in MS Office & MS Teams.
Ability to identify risks to mission and ensure government customer is informed
Active Secret Clearance
50% travel is required
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with non-traditional defense contractors
Experience in Air Defense, Field Artillery, or Fires
Experience with rapid prototyping
Wide range of experience including logistics, system fielding, test planning, army senior leader messaging
Counter Small UAS, Air Defense, and sensor/C2 experience
