Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic Building Envelope Group Leader to help shape the future of our practice.Job OverviewAs the Building Envelope Group Leader, you’ll lead a team of experts in delivering high-impact waterproofing and building envelope solutions. You’ll manage complex projects, drive business development, and serve as a technical authority in the field. This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant growth potential, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to make a national impact.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage building envelope projects from concept through completionBuilding Enclosure Evaluation (water intrusion and air leakage, roofing failures, structural evaluation, and facades) and PCAs Building Enclosure Performance Verification Testing (including ASTM D4541. E779, E783, E1105, E1186, and other standards as required)Develop and maintain client relationships; drive business development and salesProvide technical oversight on waterproofing, roofing, façade systems, and related scopesMentor junior staff and contribute to team developmentCollaborate across disciplines and offices to deliver integrated solutionsQualificationsProven experience managing building envelope projectsStrong business development acumen and client-facing skillsDeep understanding of waterproofing systems, roofing, façades, and enclosure technologiesProfessional licensure as a PE or RA preferred, and/or IIBEC certifications such as RRO, REWC, RBEC highly desirableWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageNational footprint with local flexibilityCareer advancement opportunities in a growing employee-owned firmSupportive, collaborative, and innovative work cultureReady to lead with impact?
