QAPI RN (Home Health Care)

Professional Home Health Care Agency currently has openings for QAPI Registered Nurses for our Knox and Whitley areas. We offer FLEXIBLE schedules with 4 days on/ 3 days. PHHCA is committed to providing superior in-home care through a wide range of services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, medical social services, personal support, and homemaker services to our patients in their homes. Job Responsibilities: The QAPI RN provides quality patient care via the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual patient care plans. Job Qualifications: Holds current Registered Nurse license with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Kentucky or Compact state. Demonstrates working knowledge of regulatory requirements for home health care as well as reimbursement coverage requirements. One year of related experience in a clinical environment in Med/Surg, ICU/CCU or home health. Case Management, utilization review, and supervisory experience preferred. Ability to travel extensively during all seasons. Position requires the physical ability to perform the job functions required of the position. Must have a current driver’s license, the ability and willingness to travel, and reliable transportation.
