Inside Wholesale Account Executive.

ResponsibilitiesContact, solicit and make presentations to brokers regarding various loan offerings available through the companyObtain commitments from brokers to enter broker-wholesale lending arrangements with the companySolicit broker loan submissions, and with operations, help broker close and fund these loansHelp the broker manage their loan submission and rate lock pull through percentagesAssist prospective financial institutions with completing broker approval packagesIdentify and address performance issues as they ariseComplete "contact" reports, customer relationship management data and any other reports or data collection required by the Account Executives' leader or by the companySharing scorecards or other "report cards" that summarize performance trends and identify strengths and opportunities to improve results Qualifications:Direct business to business selling (mortgage industry a plus)Understand and comply with the rules and regulations associated with real estate transactions and the mortgage processWell-versed in cold calling techniques and servicing established accountsStrong interpersonal skills with an extreme passion for client serviceProficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteOrganized, disciplined, and accountable for resultsExcellent written, verbal and visual/presentation communication skills We have a competitive compensation plan consisting of Base, Commission, Medical, Dental, and 401k
