Certified Surg Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements:Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent (NBSTA or NCCT accepted as required by client).Current AHA BLS certification.Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room environment.Experience with GYN, plastics, and prostate biopsy procedures preferred.Client requires NBSTA or NCCT certification as acceptable alternatives to NBSTSA. Preferred QualificationsExtensive outpatient surgery center experience.Prior experience at high-volume ambulatory surgery centers. Assignment DetailsLocation: Cumming, GA (hospital outpatient surgery center setting).Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM (client-provided schedule).Must be able to work in an outpatient surgery center and float as required by the client.Apply now and you'll be contacted by a recruiter who'll give you more information.
