You'll shape the future of cross-border logistics by developing sophisticated pricing strategies and systems that serve businesses of all sizes. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help establish AGL as a leading global freight provider.Key job responsibilitiesLead product strategy and roadmap for pricing and revenue management systems across multiple geographies and customer segments, directly influencing AGL's competitive positioningDesign and implement sophisticated pricing mechanisms that incorporate real-time market signals, capacity forecasts, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior patternsPartner with data science teams to develop and validate pricing models, optimization algorithms, and machine learning systems that drive revenue growthDrive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, sales, finance, and business development teams to deliver end-to-end pricing solutionsDevelop frameworks and systems for gathering, validating, and integrating pricing inputs from diverse sources including market data, operational costs, and customer feedbackCreate automated pricing capabilities that scale across markets while maintaining flexibility for strategic pricing decisionsDefine success metrics and KPIs to measure product impact, track business performance, and inform data-driven decision-makingBuild compelling business cases with financial modeling to support product initiatives, feature prioritization, and resource allocationInfluence senior leadership through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on pricing strategy and market expansionA day in the lifeYour day might start with analyzing overnight pricing performance data, followed by collaborating with data scientists on model improvements. You'll sync with engineering teams on system development, meet with operations to understand capacity forecasts, and work with sales to gather customer feedback. You'll spend time designing new pricing features, documenting requirements, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
