Role Description This is an on-site, part-time or full-time role located in Santa Barbara, CA, for an Associate Optometrist. The Associate Optometrist will deliver exceptional patient care by conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating visual conditions, and providing tailored recommendations to meet individual patient needs. The role also involves working with advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal eye health and collaborating with the team to deliver the highest level of service. Qualifications Expertise in conducting comprehensive eye examinations and diagnosing a variety of visual conditionsKnowledge of and experience with advanced diagnostic technology and equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills for building patient relationships and providing education on eye careAbility to deliver personalized and patient-centric solutionsActive and valid Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with a license to practice in CaliforniaCommitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and staying updated on advancements in optometryExperience in a private practice or similar setting is desirable
