Certifications BLS (AHA) Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years. Travel Experience 1 year of travel experience. EMR Must have experience with EMRs. Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score. Additional Skill Cardiac Experience. Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Glen Falls Hospital, Saratoga Hospital, or Columbia Memorial Hospital in the past 12 months. Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed. Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
