We only accept direct applications.Summary:We're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, inspect, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial settings.Schedule:8-hour shifts, Monday–FridayOvertime and rotating on-call availability (7-day rotations)Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including boilers, chillers, fans, pumps, valves, thermostats, and motorsPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenanceDiagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issuesWork with copper tubing and piping, including cutting, threading, testing, and insulatingUse hand tools, power tools, and test equipment safelyEnsure compliance with safety practices and building codesRead and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work ordersProvide excellent customer service and complete billing paperworkSupport emergency repairs while on-callPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:5+ years of commercial HVAC, plumbing, or refrigeration experienceHVAC and brazing license requiredJourneyman HVAC license preferredUniversal Refrigerant License requiredHydronic or plumbing licenses a plusValid driver's license and clean driving recordAble to be on a rotating on-call scheduleMust be able to access and work on active construction sitesPreferred:Basic knowledge of direct digital controls (DDC) and network systems (TCP/IP, RS-485)Work Environment:Work may be done in an office or on job sitesFieldwork includes exposure to outdoor weather, heights, mechanical parts, and loud noiseMust be physically present at job sites as neededFlexibility with hours may be requiredPhysical Requirements:Standing and walking for extended periodsLifting up to 50 lbs or moreBending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching regularlyOccasional desk/computer workMust be able to navigate all areas of job sitesWhy Join Us?We're committed to attracting talented individuals who seek a company with a strong foundation of success and an outstanding culture.
