POSITION SUMMARYOversee operation at key points observing the work of Food Service Associates and Cooks while working with staff to achieve objectives in assigned areas of the department. Participates in the delivery of services to patients, cafeteria and other guests. Follows Organizational and Department Policies, AIDET and SRMC Standards of Behavior.EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:Minimum Required:High school or equivalent.Demonstrates organizational, communication and leadership skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to calculate simple math equations.Preferred:Three years food service lead or supervisory experience.
