Marketing Coordinator Part-Time | 20–25 Hours per Week | Flexible Days M-F | Flexible Hours 9-5 I On-Site  Real Estate One / Max Broock – Oxford (Dual Branded Office) We are looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing needs of our real estate office and agents. This part-time, on-site role focuses on creating marketing materials, assisting with social media and office promotions, coordinating print projects and mailers, and helping agents with day-to-day marketing requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and enjoys both design and execution in a fast-paced office environment. What We’re Looking For -      Strong graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe is a plus) -      Create and coordinate marketing materials for the agents-      Maintain brand consistency across print and digital pieces-      Help manage office social media and promotional content-      Keep marketing projects organized and moving efficiently Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in supporting both the office and its agents by elevating marketing efforts, maintaining brand consistency, and helping listings and campaigns stand out in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities  Agent Marketing Support -      Design custom marketing materials for agents, including: -      Listing flyers, feature sheets, and brochures -      Just listed / just sold postcards (design + mailing coordination) -      Buyer and seller guides -      Listing presentations and pitch materials -      Open house marketing collateral -      Assist with agent branding: logos, business cards, social templates, and personal marketing pieces -      Provide creative direction and ideas for agent social media content (without directly managing their accounts) -      Edit and format Canva templates for agent use  Print Marketing & Mailers -      Coordinate postcard campaigns, including: -      Pulling or organizing mailing lists (Excel formatting) -      Designing print-ready materials -      Managing in-house printing or bulk mail services -      Work with mailing platforms (ex: presorted bulk postage systems, RealEstate Halo)-      Ensure print materials meet brand and quality standards  Content Creation & Social Media (Office-Facing) -      Manage and create content for the office social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) -      Write engaging, on-brand captions (non-salesy, community-focused tone) -      Design graphics and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok-style) -      Plan and execute monthly content calendars for the office’s social media platforms based on seasonal and local trends, and engagement strategy-      Create recurring content series (ex: agent spotlights, local guides, event features) -      Schedule content in advance, especially around office closures or time off -      Create a monthly office newsletter, including content planning, writing, design, and distribution-      Film and edit short-form listing videos and office content -      Produce and manage an ongoing Agent Spotlight video series (coordination, filming, editing, rollout) -      Resize and format video content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)  Internal Marketing & Communication -      Maintain shared marketing resources and templates (Google Drive, Canva libraries) -      Create internal announcements and office-wide communications -      Collaborate with management and corporate marketing teams when needed -      Support office-wide initiatives and campaigns  Corporate -      Learning and supporting the tools within One Place, to be able to guide agents through our systems and resources.-      Monthly meetings/check-ins with the Agent Experience Manager.-      The role may evolve over time as the industry, tools, processes, and office needs continue to change.  Additional Office Support (Occasional)                                                                                            Team Support (As Needed)-      Occasional team support with front desk coverage, basic administrative tasks, or sales processing support may be needed during busy periods or staff absences.ManagerRyan Vandenboogaart248-933-9780ryan@ryanvhomes.com 110 S.
