Bring your positive attitude, skills, and commitment to the SkyWest team and take your career to new heights!Primary Job DutiesAirport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more.As a SkyWest employee, you'll enjoy a variety of benefits such as worldwide flight benefits for you and your family, shift-trade flexibility, 401(k) match, profit sharing, working in a great team atmosphere, and the potential to advance within the company.ResponsibilitiesLoad/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraftGreet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers all in a prompt and friendly mannerEscort passengers and special-needs customers safely and courteouslyMarshal aircraft in and out of the ramp areaThis position requires you to work outside in all weather conditionsService aircraft as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsBe at least 18 years of agePossess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's licenseHave a high school diploma or GEDPass a background check and drug screeningLegally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipBasic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routingLift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationAdaptability to changing priorities and time management skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsThis position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidaysThis is a part-time position, starting at $14.50 an hourPhysical and Other Requirements* This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive positionPlease complete the online application.
