Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Provide direct, patient-centered care to critically ill patients, closely monitoring vital signs, managing complex interventions, and responding promptly to changes in condition.+ Implement and monitor individualized care plans, accurately documenting patient status and communicating updates to the interdisciplinary team.+ Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless treatment, patient safety, and effective discharge planning.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.+ Advanced Life Support preferred.
