We are an early-stage, fast-moving beverage brand expanding into retail, fitness, hospitality, and on-the-go locations.Role OverviewGENN is seeking two part-time Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to drive grassroots growth by opening new accounts and building strong local relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys face-to-face selling, and knows how to walk into a location cold and walk out with a yes.You will be responsible for introducing GENN to retailers, gyms, cafés, convenience stores, and other on- and off-premise accounts, getting the product placed, reordered, and expanded.Job RequirementsConduct in-person outreach to prospective accounts within an assigned territoryPresent and pitch GENN to store owners, managers, and buyersSecure new account placements and initial ordersFollow up with accounts to drive reorders and long-term relationshipsTrack visits, placements, and follow-ups accuratelyRepresent the GENN brand professionally and consistentlyCandidate QualificationsExperience in outbound sales, field sales, or door-to-door sales preferredComfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face sellingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyOrganized, reliable, and results-drivenInterest in beverage, wellness, fitness, or consumer brands is a plusAbility to work flexible, part-time hoursGrowth OpportunityThis is a part-time role with the opportunity to transition to full-time status based on performance, business needs, and territory growth. High-performing representatives may also be considered for additional responsibilities, increased commission, or equity participation as the company scales.
