Project Manager - Bradley A4E1 ProgramLocation: Temple, TXSchedule: Full-time onsite | 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off)Travel: Up to 20%Position OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to support the Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business unit in Temple, TX. This role supports the Bradley A4E1 Program and is responsible for managing vehicle and hardware deliveries to ensure contract requirements are met on schedule and within budget.The Project Manager will oversee program execution related to U.S. Army Bradley post-production integration efforts, coordinating across multiple functional teams to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Bradley A4E1 Program Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and project execution skills in a high-tempo environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram ExecutionSupport program execution to achieve cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Manage the flow of vehicles and hardware into the facility to support on-time contract deliverables.Oversee on-site program activities related to Bradley post-production integration efforts.Ensure completion of project deliverables and on-time delivery of program milestones.Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and coordinate a matrixed team across functional areas including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Contracts, and Finance.Provide indirect leadership to cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.Collaborate with internal teams, industry partners, and suppliers across multiple sites.Project Planning & ManagementDevelop and manage program and project plans, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, risk identification, and contingency planning.Maintain and manage integrated program schedules that consolidate multiple projects across contracts.Proactively identify and manage program risks and opportunities.Customer & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a primary point of contact between BAE Systems, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.Present project status and updates during program and technical reviews with customers and internal leadership.Communicate effectively across teams and time zones to maintain program alignment.Performance ManagementIdentify performance gaps relative to customer expectations or program objectives.Develop and implement improvement plans to address performance gaps.Track program performance using metrics and ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and quality goals.Ensure projects meet financial commitments related to orders, sales, profit, and cash performance.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experienceExperience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and control processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage and report on project schedules and budgetsExperience delivering status reports to internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsStrong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skillsAbility to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced work environmentPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree and 7+ years of relevant experienceProfessional certification such as:Project Management Professional (PMP)Program Management Professional (PgMP)Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a high-tempo defense manufacturing environment supporting critical U.S. Army programs.
