Bengtson, Alfonso, and Horriat—serves patients from across Michigan and beyond. We specialize in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic solutions designed to meet each patient’s unique goals.As we continue to expand, we are seeking a caring, polished, patient-focused professional to join our front desk. This Concierge-level position plays a critical role in setting the tone for the entire patient experience. As a member of our First Impression Team (FIT), you will be one of the first touch points for patients, guiding them through check-in, scheduling, education, and checkout with warmth, precision, and hospitality.About the RoleThis full-time or part-time position requires a strong understanding of our Surgeons’ credentials, non-surgical and surgical services, skincare products, and the ability to introduce cross-over opportunities within the practice. We are seeking someone who is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail are essential. This role requires both independent work and close collaboration with team members to ensure deadlines are met and the patient experience is exceptional.Key Responsibilities • Perform daily audits of financial reports and deposits to ensure accuracy• Schedule patients across 15+ providers and (2) med spas in our practice management system (NexTech)• Manage patient checkout, including accurate transaction handling and reconciliation• Assist with staff transactions and help train new team members• Serve as backup support for our Patient Experience Specialist (PES) Team by answering incoming phone calls• Educate patients on treatments, services, and products to help guide informed decision-making• Present and uphold our Financial Policy, ensuring clarity and consistency for all patients• Support special projects that advance team performance and patient experience• Maintain a professional, polished appearance aligned with BCAPS attire standards• Understand and explain financing options such as PatientFi and CareCredit• Report any adverse patient or provider experiences promptly to the Office Manager• Welcome all patients, vendors, and team members with warmth and hospitality, embodying our culture of exceptional serviceQualifications• High school diploma required; college degree or accounting coursework preferred• Previous experience in healthcare, medical office, or surgical practice preferred• Prior bank teller or billing experience strongly preferred• Familiarity with plastic surgery terminology is a plus• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills required• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (mandatory)• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a high-volume environmentMedical Office: 1 year (Preferred)
