We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to partner closely with engineering leadership and drive a best-in-class hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle technical recruiter in high-growth environments. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, creative AI-augmented sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup setting.Beyond the expected; this role requires both a superior level of operational wizardry; and a mastery of storytelling, steeped in a comprehensive understanding of the AI market and technology landscape.
