Construction Laborers Needed

Job Title: General LaborerSEEKING GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABORERS! ARE YOU A TEAM PLAYER? EAGER TO WORK?Job DescriptionThe person in this role will assess previously used trailers and gut/rehab the insides to fit the next customers specific requirements. These trailers are often coming from/going to office spaces at new subdivision builds, new production plants, schools, small businesses, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience with household maintenance or general construction. When not working on the trailers, you will be working around the facility, cleaning up the grounds, cleaning the shop, and cleaning the office as there is no cleaning company. There will be plenty of work outside of these duties to help out around the facility as well. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some flexibility. You must know how to use carpentry tools and read a tape measure. Based on customer preferences, you will set up the trailer with furniture, which could include putting together desks, chairs, adding TVs, coffee stations, etc.Hard SkillsHand toolsConstructionRemodelingCleaningAssemblyLiftingWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri.Work EnvironmentThe bulk of the work will be done outside. However, you will be working both inside and outside the trailers. It will be cold when it's cold outside, and hot when it's hot.
