We provide a collaborative, inclusive and flexible work environment along with competitive compensation and comprehensive wellness & benefits programs.What You'll Be DoingConduct regular calls and business reviews with Trillium contacts to present and secure opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to grow the relationship with Trillim CustomersAssist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans that grow revenue; measure results and optimize marketing plans based on key learnings.Resolve Trillium issues by training the contact, researching for resolution, or delegating the task while overseeing task resolution.Guide and train Trillium customer contactsProvide ongoing evaluation of Trillium programs to draw insights and make recommendations that will retain and grow revenue/customer base.Plan and execute digital product strategy, technology/product development, technology/product support and/or customer engagement strategies in support of the company’s product and service portfolio.Conduct market and competitive analysis, product analysis and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience.Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs.Provide subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities.Maintain expertise on products and technologies through training and research and use that training to drive and/or implement best practices and foster continuous improvement.Ensure compliance is maintained with contractual obligations.Work with internal stakeholders as needed to maintain and enhance alliance programSupport Trillium sales infrastructure which includes pricing systems, customer service, and distributionProvide updates, reports and presentations to upper management.Provide dependable project management and execution.To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
