Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesSanitation & Maintenance: Execute high-standard cleaning in resident living/dining areas, bathrooms, and common spaces. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying wastebaskets. Waste Management: Ensure proper trash disposal and adhere to facility-specific waste protocols to maintain a sterile environment. Supply Management: Keep housekeeping carts and closets stocked and organized to ensure all necessary materials are available for your shift. Resident Rights & Ethics: Strictly comply with Residents’ Rights and facility policies. You must be a trustworthy individual who maintains absolute confidentiality regarding resident health conditions and personal information. Professional Collaboration: Maintain positive, respectful relationships with co-workers and clinical staff to ensure the facility runs smoothly. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment (SDS). Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet the evolving needs of the facility. QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). Experience: Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is preferred. Key Traits: A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a creative spirit to help maintain a cheerful environment.
