Product Manager - Digital CX

Our Healthcare/Wearables client is seeking a Product Manager, Digital CX to join their team for the next 8 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Acton, MA or San Diego, CA. Role SummaryWe are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Product Manager to join the Digital CX Product Management Customer Experience team. This role is responsible for developing new digital products and optimizing existing capabilities across the customer journey. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading end-to-end product management for global digital products, translating business goals into high-impact product initiatives, and driving execution in an Agile environment.
