This induvial will head up our water treatment department including training. This person would also run all tech turnovers and marketed leads.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSThe Technician would need to generate sales for water treatment.This individual needs to be an excellent communicator and very comfortable in person and on the phone.Sales experience preferred in water treatment but is not required. High school diploma or GED is required.JOB DUTIESUtilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishedExplains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all workConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingMaintains cleanliness with all working equipment.This individual is responsible for following up with the customer.
