They will be assigned a mentor to learn, participate in projects and help solve simple or medium-level cases related to quality, production, and engineering processes.QUALIFICATIONS:Enrolled in accredited electronics or engineering related degree programAvailable for a full-time, onsite paid internship role (4 months)Legally entitled to work in the United States of America by way of US Citizenship, Permanent ResidencyComputer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelStrong communication skills (English, written and verbal), and ability to clearly articulate fact-based opinions/ideasStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProactive approach to learning, curiosity and openness to asking questions and seeking feedbackExperience in organizing concise and accurate technical documentationInterest in future electronics / manufacturing career with Creation a plusExperience in manufacturing methodology a plusWHAT YOU WILL LEARN:Gain practical, hands-on experience applying classroom learning in a real manufacturing environmentCollaborate with cross‐functional teams and build professional industry connectionsWork alongside experienced team members and receive mentorship and guidanceSupport routine engineering tasks, prototype builds, equipment maintenance, and basic troubleshootingContribute to process documentation, SOP reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principlesAssist in the development, operation, and readiness of manufacturing tools, equipment, and processesCommunicate effectively within the team and help ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are metParticipate in various projects and responsibilities that support operational and engineering goalsBuild readiness for potential future full‐time opportunities upon degree completionSTUDENT INTERNSHIP BENEFITS:Apply classroom learning, experience team collaboration, build industry connections, and explore career growth opportunitiesHands-on experience in SMT PCB assembly process and equipmentUse of statistical process control techniquesExperience with spreadsheets and databasesKnowledge of electronic components and assembliesCreation Technologies has contracts that require certain clearance and security assessment of employees.Creation is an equal opportunity employerIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Creation Technologies is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
