Group Lead

Title: Group LeadLocation : Scarborough ME 04074Duration: 3 Months of Contract + possible extensionShift Time : 5:30am - 2:30pmJob Duties:" Coordinate daily production activities in assigned work areas to ensure products are processed according to build schedules." Communicate work instructions to operators and production personnel based on supervisory direction and production goals." Monitor production and quality standards to ensure all targets are achieved." Perform regular process and quality audits on personnel, tooling, and equipment." Report equipment issues or failures to supervisors or appropriate departments for timely resolution." Track work-in-process inventory and daily production output within assigned areas." Assist with training and onboarding of production operators and provide retraining support when needed." Support priority production tasks and help expedite urgent orders." Inspect rejected components and determine proper disposition according to required procedures and documentation." Perform manufacturing and assembly operations when required to support production schedules." Maintain knowledge of company products, industry trends, and applicable regulatory requirements." Coordinate purchase requests for equipment, tools, and services." Assist in troubleshooting production issues and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence." Conduct daily meetings with manufacturing operators to support communication and continuous improvement initiatives." Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration records/stickers are current and compliant." Participate in 5S audits and weekly value stream/group leader meetings." Conduct BBSP safety observations and support employee needs, including training and Employee Self-Service assistance." Support company initiatives related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), FDA regulations, and other regulatory requirements." Maintain positive communication and teamwork with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors." Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
